• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase has been successfully placed.

• Karachi: 1–3 Business Days
• Major Cities in Pakistan: 2–5 Business Days
• Remote Areas: 4–7 Business Days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
• Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or on qualifying orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information (where available) to monitor your shipment until delivery.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailable recipient, additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Glowmatrix ships within Pakistan only. International shipping may become available in the future.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
